This is the letter that I send to the Desert Safari UAE.
Dear Desert Safari UAE staff:

Sadly I have to say that this Safari that you offer and I decided to take, it's not what I expected to be.
What bad location, and very old and bad condition furniture, dirty toilets, completely out of order everything.

It's a shame that the UAE authorities allows companies to operate with this low quality in this country that is trying to show to the world how nice and good things can be for the entertainment and show part of the culture and heritage for the holidaymakers in that way.

Well, my relatives and I, feel absolutely disappoint with the money that we paid, for " GOLD PACKAGE " and what we received.

They’re late in picking you up. So disappointed! Can you be more professional and be on time? I was emailed a different time pick up and was messaged by the driver to change the time twice because he will be late!!!!!

It was one of the best experience we had during our trip to Dubai. Details were sent to us one day before and pick-up was done on time. Our driver was Khalid, who was leader in our batch of 'Karwan'. He was the MC, host and DJ for that evening in the camp.
Excellent guy with exceptional driving skills. After 1 hr driving, we started Dune Bashing. It was a roller coaster ride and we enjoyed it. After that Khalid left us with Quad Bike area and we enjoyed riding on it. We had Camel ride before we enter the camp.
We chose to get VIP seats, so that we can enjoy the camp while food and beverages served to us on table. There was Heena Paining and Arabian Dress area too. We took some pics in the dress. We had some pics with Falcon too.
Food was fantastic, we paid for beer and sheehsa (reasonable pricing).
There were excellent performances shown to us, there was Tanora Dance, then Belly Dance and lastly Fire show. We enjoyed the dinner under the moon light and stars at the camp. After all this Khalid took us back to our hotel.
We recommend this because the experience was great at very very reasonable price and cheaper than the other tour agencies.

This was one of the nicest and unique experiences we ever had. They provided us with pick up and drop to our location. From welcoming us in a traditional way to making us comfortable at the low tables sitting. Everything was perfect. Food was fantastic and by providing us vegetarian options too made our day. Henna painting, Arabic Dress photography, sandboarding was one of my favorites.

It was a real adventure in Dubai safari. I enjoyed a lot. I am glad we took the gold package of the desert safari company. When we reached the camp in the desert we were welcomed by traditional Arabians. I must say we were pleasantly amazed. Picking us up from the exact location everything was perfectly organized by their staff. I loved every part of this package.
